Jan 19th - 2014

got called in this morning. marie went to farmington. chris went to  oklahoma. i hope the boys got out to feed the chickens. got home in time to hear the church bells ring. sandy and i walked to church. we hadn't been to SR in a while. been doing the nite time quickie. had forgotten how special our little church is. every one knows every one all are families related. the stained glass windows no organ but untrained voices offering up what they have. reigna en la cielo,  and the regular  renissance stuff.noorgan just guitars. priesty still weak on the homily but to a full house.

    after mass we were off to do our house calls. grandpa elias was released from the VA with a perforated tic. just last night alfred was over saying he thought the cruising days were over. so when we opened the door loraine and a crew of women were scrubbing the place. no grandpa insight we assumed the worst . low and behold he loaded up and went cruising with his pamper. the ole fart is tough. we headed up to see tater. she came down  withRSV. couldn't put in the hosp , , no beds.so marie stole oxygen  zach cough up his nebulizer and got some meds set up hospital at home.she is doing well O2 requirement is going down.

   then went to farm fed the cows . then dumped the pig feeders so it doesn't rust out the bottom .sandy came home knocked the hay out of her hair and did beans and chili.we looked up to the mountain noting we are half way through jan . with little or no snow  the top of the mountain could be the hard part of the race!
