Feb 3rd - 2014

from another end of the world. 23 " of snow out side ,-5 bran muffin in oven glass of OJ. while waiting p bell whipping around sandy lounging in the shower. ibraveed the porch to gather up the news paper for grandma .the ritual of morning paper coffee,bran , date ,apple .good for you and taste good too.the breakfast extended into the rest of the day.they started wrapping dates in bacon , thawing shrimp, prepping chicken wings, making guacamole, salsa, roka blue, and the last thing out of the fridge the Wild cat. i had picked it up at zillmans yesterday.

   the 4 of us started playing cards [sheepshead] at 3:30 g ma s 1st glass of hooch for happy hr. the girls did wine and i coors light.we eased into to our preparations. after abit i could see my luck with cards was worse than usual, certainly didn't want to bet on game.[ thank god] . sandys nephew jammer and wife and elly showed to help us out . mary and dennis came for wildcat . all else were  other wise detained.  we did hurt dips. we didn't have enough folks to finish the wild cat. them bacon things and chickens got put back . probably get the for lunch. 

   now the commercial s were better than the game . i really don't mind one team loosing ,but this was  sad. now the important things , grandma kicked my butt playing sheeps head  and laughed and lecture sandy bought her plays. does my heart good to see her brighten up with the competition . she may not rember whose who but she does her cards.. her skin is healing in spotts. erin is doing a wonderful job cleaning and nursing.
